RAI is exempt from federal income tax as an organization described under section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code and is eligible to receive tax-deductible donations. Each donation is tax-deductible as to the extent allowed under applicable law, and represents a contribution to RAI’s entire mission as described herein.
